What is School-Age NOTES?
School-Age Notes is a publisher and vendor of proven, practical resources for afterschool professionals, child care providers, youth organizations, camp directors and staff, homeschool parents, schools, preschools, parents and others that care for children. We publish and sell resources in a wide variety of formats (book, music CD, DVD and video) on a wide range of topics including enrichment, cooking and nutrition, discipline and guidance, creative arts, life skills, music and drama, tools for trainers, administration and much more.
We also publish School-Age NOTES, a monthly newsletter for afterschool professionals that includes timely articles on a wide range of subjects and a calendar filled with five weeks of activities to assist with planning for the coming month.

How do I subscribe to the newsletter?
If you are not already a subscriber, you can subscribe on this website using a Visa or Mastercard. You can also subscribe by calling us at 800-410-8780 or by printing out the online order form and sending in a check or money order. If you subscribe, you will receive a 10% discount on your total book/video/DVD/CD purchase made online or via fax/telephone.
Can I subscribe if I live outside the United States?
Yes! Canadian and foreign subscribers pay a slightly higher subscription rate to cover the cost of international postage.
If I subscribe to the newsletter today, am I eligible for the subscriber discount for books/dvds/cds/videos that I purchase on the same order?
Yes you can! Our subscribers can begin to save money right away by taking the 10% subscriber discount on all books/dvds/videos/cds in the same order where a subscription is purchased. Additionally, if you purchase a subscription online, no additional shipping will be charged for the newsletter and that cost will be subtracted when your order is processed. Shipping charges apply to all books/dvds/videos/cds, but there is no shipping charged on the purchase price of a newsletter subscription.
When will I receive my order?
Orders are usually processed and shipped with 24-48 hours after receipt of the order. To save you money, our standard shipping/handling charges are based on either ground UPS shipment or post office book rate, depending on the size of the order. Delivery is usually within 5 to 10 days.

I live outside the United States. Will you ship to me?
Of course! We willl use our best efforts to serve all School-Age NOTES customers, regardless of location. International shipping costs will be calculated based on the total weight of the order. A handling fee of $8.00 per order will also be assessed on orders shipped outside of the U.S. and Canada.

Alternatively, we will adjust the credit charges for orders placed online to reflect the actual shipping charges.
